So! I finally finished the little vanity bench that I had started working on in my previous post. I won about 15 antique grain sacks at auction about a month ago. When I flipped them inside out to wash them, I discovered that the graphics had been hiding inside. Most of them had great wording and pictures on them, so I decided to sacrifice one for the team. The blue-grey paint I used on the wood brings out the single blue stripe on the grain sack. I love the look of the bench now, but it has to go! My poor house is too crammed to accept even one more piece of furniture, no matter how compact! It is listed in my Etsy shop. If you are in the Dallas area, you can pick it up and save yourself the shipping costs :)

I Was Gone Too Long!
Apparently, my computer decided I didn't deserve to blog for several weeks because it locked me out of Blogspot! Weird... FINALLY, today I was able to get back on. Yay!!!!!!!
